Let’s create your Canadian story

Hi, I’m Nikolay Kolev, a Canadian citizen based in Toronto, Ontario. Since 2012, I’ve helped people from around the world navigate Canadian immigration—whether they’re coming to study or work, reuniting with family, or making Canada their home.

I began my career at a busy immigration law firm in Toronto, where I spent five years working in citizenship and immigration services. I then founded Kolev Immigration Services to offer clients personal attention and advice that reflects their circumstances.

Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of people with their immigration matters. Each person brings a different story, and I take the time to understand yours: what you hope to achieve, what concerns you and where you need guidance.

My experience also includes working at one of Toronto’s largest public colleges, advising international students on immigration matters and helping them understand their options for permanent residence. This work gave me further insight into the challenges students and newcomers face as they build their lives in Canada.

My educational background is in business administration and immigration law. I’m a Licensed Immigration Professional and an RCIC registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), licence number R533573. I advise and represent clients in Canada and abroad.

When you work with me, you can expect clear explanations, thoughtful advice and an honest discussion of your options. Whether you have a few specific questions or need assistance with an application, I look forward to hearing your story.
